Qualifying Purchases
Offer valid on Vivrelle memberships purchased online only at US website vivrelle.com or in-person at the Vivrelle Showroom in New York City. See merchant website for shipping policy. Statement Credit

In some circumstances, it may take up to 90 days after the offer end date for statement credit(s) to post. Please call the number on the back of your Card if credit(s) have not posted to your account 30 days after you made the qualifying purchase.
