Offer.love provides a searchable database of credit card offers from major banks. We aggregate publicly available offer information and make it accessible via our website, API, and MCP server.

API Usage

• Free tier: 100 requests per day, basic fields only.
• Pro and Enterprise tiers: higher limits and full data access per your plan.
• You may not resell API access or use it to build a competing service.
• We reserve the right to revoke API keys that violate these terms or abuse the service.

Accuracy

Offer information is aggregated from public sources and may not always be current or accurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any offer. Always verify offers directly with the issuing bank.

Intellectual Property

The Offer.love name, logo, and website design are our property. Merchant names, logos, and offer details belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or reliance on offer information.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our discretion.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
