From 01/05/2024 to 01/05/2026, get a statement credit equal to 20% of total qualifying Somm & DINR purchases on memberships, events and more when you use your registered Card online at www.getdinr.com/cru or in the Somm app. You can get up to $350 in statement credits per calendar year. The registered Card account must be in good standing. Must first register your Card to the offer and use same Card to make qualifying purchase(s) by 01/05/2026. Date format is DD/MM/YYYY. A purchase made during the offer period prior to registration of your eligible Card for this offer is not a qualifying purchase. Your registration of an eligible American Express Card for this offer extends only to qualifying purchases on that Card.  
Until 01/05/2026 each time you make a qualifying purchase on the Somm mobile application or online at www.getdinr.com/cru you can get a statement credit equivalent to 20% of the total purchase transaction after taxes and applicable fees, charged to your registered Card during the offer period and subsequently posted to your account, up to a maximum of $350 (CAD) annually. Your ability to redeem this offer will reset annually on January 1, until the end date of this offer. Purchases made during an annual period but charged to the registered Card after the end of that annual period may not count towards eligible spend for that year (for example, if a purchase is made during the annual period but charged by the merchant on the shipping or delivery date and that date occurs after the annual period ends, or if there is a time difference). If this occurs, that purchase will count towards eligible spend for the next annual period. Any credit not redeemed during an annual redemption period will not roll over to the following redemption period and will expire. Purchases charged to the registered Card by the merchant after the offer period ends will not qualify for the offer (for example, if a purchase is made while the offer is available but charged by the merchant on the shipping or delivery date and that date occurs after the offer ends).  
Offer valid on purchases of Beverage Club memberships, CRU memberships, Grand CRU memberships, events, gift cards, merchandise, and wine bundles made through the Somm mobile application or online at www.getdinr.com/cru. Excludes reservations, reservation memberships, and the Hotel Collection. Purchases must be made through the Canadian version of the merchant’s website or through the merchant’s mobile application in Canada, shipped within Canada, and paid in Canadian dollars to be eligible. CRU, Grand CRU, and beverage club subscriptions are subject to BeTheSomm’s terms and conditions. Please note if you purchase a subscription, unless you notify the merchant that you want to cancel, your subscription will automatically renew for another subscription period of equal length and you will be charged the then-current price for the subscription. This excludes residents of Quebec. If you are a resident of Quebec, at the end of your subscription period, your membership will be terminated and cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Offer is non-transferable. You can earn a maximum of $350 (CAD) in statement credit/s per registered Card annually. Benefit limited to the Card to which the offer is saved and only spend on this Card counts towards the benefit. Transactions made with a Supplementary Card are not eligible for the credit.  
Statement credit will be applied to your registered Card account within 150 days after your purchase, provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase(s). American Express may not receive information about your qualifying purchase from the merchant until all items from your qualifying purchase have been provided/shipped by the merchant. Statement credit may be reversed if qualifying purchase(s) is returned/cancelled. If American Express does not receive information that identifies your transaction as qualifying for the offer, you will not receive the statement credit. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the offer, the following transactions are not qualifying purchases for this offer: purchasing a merchant’s goods through a third party, such as through concession stores in department stores, payment account or service of a third party, a card reader attached to a mobile phone, online aggregators that sell goods of other merchants or if the merchant category is otherwise not identified. A statement credit does not constitute a payment and does not satisfy the requirement to pay the minimum due on a credit card. The Basic/Primary Cardmember must continue to make separate payments of at least the minimum due in accordance with the Cardmember agreement and account statement applicable to their registered Card account.  
If you switch to a new Card product that is not eligible for this benefit, enrolment will be removed from your Card account. If you are no longer eligible for this benefit due to a change in account status, including but not limited to fraudulent flags, suspension, or cancellation, it will be removed from your account.
In the event that you replace your registered Card through Amex Bank of Canada or other participating American Express card issuer (as applicable) during the offer period, your participation in this offer will end and you will need to re-register for this offer.  
American Express reserves the right to vary any eligibility criteria or the Terms prior to you registering for the offer. If you have not yet registered your Card for the offer and you have multiple American Express cards, your eligibility may change so that the offer only applies to the card that has the higher spend.
