Track 15 is downtown Providence's vibrant food hall, where history meets flavor inside the beautifully restored Union Station. Within Track 15, Giusto PVD is led by Kevin and Brian O'Donnell. After attending Johnson & Wales, Kevin honed his culinary skills across Italy, France, NYC, and Boston, returning home to open Giusto in Newport and earning 2024 James Beard nomination for Outstanding Hospitality. Brian grew up working in a variety of local restaurants and has a never-ending curiosity for discovering local ingredients and learning about food history, culture and science. They embrace a "freestyle Italian" approach to cooking, drawing inspiration from Rhode Island's farms and fisheries with a nod to traditional Italian cuisine.
