Register an Eligible Card then spend a net amount of HK$3,000 or more in one transaction, in-person at Theory in Hong Kong by 2025/10/31, to receive HK$300 statement credit, up to 3 times per registered Card. Terms & Conditions apply.

• The registration period commences on 2025/09/12 and ends on 2025/10/31, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). 
• Cardmembers must successfully register an Eligible Card during the Promotion Period (“Registered Card”),  then spend a net amount of HK$3,000 or more, in one transaction (“Spending Requirement”) in-person at Theory (“Participating Merchant”) locations in Hong Kong (“Participating Locations”) with the Registered Card during Promotion Period (“Eligible Transaction”) to receive HK$300 back in statement credit (“Registered Card Offer”).
• The Registered Card Offer is open to individuals who hold Basic and/or Supplementary American Express® Cards issued by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) in Hong Kong and American Express Cards issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Eligible Cards”), excluding (a) The US Dollar Card, (b) American Express® Corporate Cards, (c) American Express Business Travel Account, (d) Corporate Purchasing Card, (e) all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong.
• During the Promotion Period, the Registered Card Offer is limited to 3-time credit, [capped at a total of HK$900 statement credit] per Registered Card.
• Excludes transactions where Cardmembers do not spend on their Registered Card directly in-person at the Participating Locations. Offer valid at Hong Kong locations only. Excludes transactions made online.
• Supplementary Cards must be registered separately and spend cannot be combined amongst Cards to meet the Spending Requirement.
• Excludes transactions made through a third-party establishment or third-party payment processor.
• Un-posted/cancelled/refunded transactions and transactions that are found to be fraudulent or are eventually cancelled/refunded will be considered as ineligible transactions.
• Credit is not redeemable for cash or other payment form.
• Credit should appear on Cardmember’s billing statement within 15 business days from Eligible Transaction but may take up to 90 days from the end of Promotion Period.
• Credit may not be applied to the Cardmember’s account if the account has been suspended or cancelled and may be reversed if Eligible Transaction is returned or cancelled.
• Participating Merchant is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services that are made available pursuant to the Registered Card Offer and makes no representation or warranty in relation to such products and/or services.

• In the event of any dispute arising from this Registered Card Offer, the decision of American Express and Participating Merchants shall be final.
• In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Eligibility and Enrollment

Enrollment is limited. Eligible Card Members must first add offer to Card and then use same Card for qualifying spend. Only US-issued American Express® Cards that are enrolled in the Membership Rewards® program at the time of purchase are eligible.

Limit of 5,000 additional Membership Rewards® points per eligible Card Member. If the Card Account is canceled or past due, it may not qualify to receive the additional Membership Rewards® points.

Qualifying Purchases

Offer valid in-store at participating locations in the US and online only at US website theory.com. Valid at participating locations in the US. Not valid on purchases shipped outside of the US. See merchant website for shipping policy. Some merchants may not ship to all areas. Excludes outlet locations, purchases made online at outlet.theory.com, gift cards purchased online, and wholesale purchases. Offer valid only on purchases made in US dollars.

Eligible Card Members will earn 5,000 additional Membership Rewards® points on qualifying purchases on their eligible Card. Offer only valid on purchases made directly with the merchant. Offer not valid on purchases made using third parties, such as resellers, delivery services, or other intermediaries.

Membership Rewards® Points

Any Membership Rewards® points received through this offer are in addition to the Membership Rewards® points normally received for purchases charged to your Card.

Additional Membership Rewards® points should be credited to your program account within 90-days after 12/2/2025, provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase.
