Eligibility and Enrollment

Enrollment is limited. Eligible Card Members must first add offer to Card and then use same Card for qualifying spend. Only US-issued American Express® Cards are eligible.

Limit of $20 in total statement credits per eligible Card Member. If the Card Account is canceled or past due, it may not qualify to receive the statement credit(s).

Qualifying Purchases

Offer valid only on purchases of Sunoco’s Premium Grade Fuel (91 octane and above), made at the pump or through the Sunoco app at participating U.S. locations. Offer is valid only on standalone purchases of Sunoco's Premium Grade Fuel (91 octane and above), and may not be combined with any additional purchases of goods or services, such as general or automotive merchandise, car washes or labor. For premium fuel purchases made through the Sunoco app, you must first load your Card to the app using a compatible device in order to qualify. Excludes convenience store purchases, customer service phone orders, gift cards and restaurants at Sunoco stations. Purchases of any other automotive fuel not mentioned as eligible in this offer are excluded. American Express identifies qualifying transactions based on information provided by the participating merchant. Offer valid only on purchases made in US dollars.

Statement Credit

Please allow 90-days after 12/31/2025 for the statement credit(s) to be posted to the Account, provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase.
