Enrollment is limited. Eligible Card Members must first add offer to Card and then use same Card for qualifying spend. Only US-issued Amazon Business Prime American Express® Cards are eligible.

Limit of 4 statement credits (total of $1,200 back) per eligible Card Member. If the Card Account is canceled or past due, it may not qualify to receive the statement credit(s).

Qualifying Purchases

A Qualifying Purchase is a purchase at any merchant, online or in-store, of at least $7,500+ USD or more by 11/25/2025. Qualifying purchases are purchases for goods and services minus returns and other credits. Qualifying purchases do not include: fees or interest charges; purchases of travelers checks; purchases or reloading of prepaid cards; purchases of gift cards; person-to-person payments; or purchases of other cash equivalents.
