Eligibility and Enrollment
Enrollment is limited. Eligible Card Members must first add offer to their Amazon Business Prime American Express Card and then use same enrolled Card for qualifying purchases. Any Cards issued outside of the US are not eligible. Only Card Members who enroll are eligible; offers are non-transferable.

Limit of 3 statement credits (total of $300 back) per eligible Card Member account.

Qualifying Purchases
Purchases must be made in USD. Qualifying purchases include purchases of goods and services minus
returns and other credits. The following do not qualify: fees or interest charges, purchases of traveler's checks, balance transfers, cash advances, purchases or reloading of prepaid cards, purchases of gift cards, person-to-person payments, foreign currency conversion fees or purchases of other cash equivalents.

Statement Credit
If you meet the offer requirements, the statement credit(s) will typically post to your account within 30 days after you make a qualifying purchase, provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase. In some circumstances, it may take up to 90 days after the offer end date for statement credit(s) to post. Please call the number on the back of your Card if credit(s) have not posted to your account 30 days after you made the qualifying purchase. Accounts that are canceled at the time of fulfillment of the offer will not receive the credit(s). Credit(s) may not be received or may be reversed if an eligible purchase is returned, partially returned, refunded, canceled or modified.

Qualifying Purchases

A Qualifying Purchase is a purchase at any merchant, online or in-store, of at least $7,500+ USD or more by 11/25/2025. Qualifying purchases are purchases for goods and services minus returns and other credits. Qualifying purchases do not include: fees or interest charges; purchases of travelers checks; purchases or reloading of prepaid cards; purchases of gift cards; person-to-person payments; or purchases of other cash equivalents. Purchases may fall outside of the offer period in some cases, such as a delay in merchants submitting transactions to us or if the purchase date differs from the date you made the transaction. (For example, if you buy goods online, the purchase date may be the date the goods are shipped). Offer valid only on purchases made in US dollars.

Statement Credit

Please allow 90-days after 11/25/2025 for the statement credit(s) to be posted to the Account, provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase.
