Enrollment is limited. Eligible Card Members must first add offer to their Card and then use same enrolled Card for qualifying purchases. Any Cards issued outside of the US are not eligible. Statement Credit

Please call the number on the back of your Card if credit(s) have not posted to your account 30 days after you made the qualifying purchase.
