Since opening in the Hill Country in 1978, this family owned and operated restaurant has set the bar for delicious dining. Known for custom-cut, hand-crafted, dry-aged premium Black Angus steaks, each is perfectly prepared to your liking. Feast on Sal's ribeye, a juicy and marbled cut, or go for the melt-in-your-mouth tender center-cut filet. There's no doubt that the steaks here are sublime, but there's more on the menu at this beloved eatery. There are Texas originals like chicken fried steak, Dr. Pepper BBQ pork ribs, delish burgers, and candied bacon or shrimp-stuffed jalapenos to start your meal off right. If you're out for lunch, there's a lunch menu with equally delicious offerings.
