Eligibility and Enrollment
Eligible Card Members must first add offer to Card and then use same enrolled Card to make qualifying purchases. Only Consumer and Business American Express® Cards issued by American Express in the US are eligible for this offer. American Express Prepaid Cards, Corporate Cards, Debit Cards, and American Express-branded Cards issued by other financial institutions are not eligible for this offer. Qualifying Purchases
A qualifying purchase is a purchase of food and beverage concessions made in-person at the following participating Goldenvoice venues: El Rey Theatre, Fonda Theatre, Shrine Auditorium, The Mountain Winery, The Novo, The Regency Ballroom, The Roxy Theatre and The Warfield, subject to the following exclusions. Offer is not valid for purchases made at Savage Seas Tiki Bar at Fonda Theatre and the following purchases made at The Mountain Winery: premium dinner packages, online prepaid bookings for wine tastings, food and beverage purchases at signature/private events, private events, food and beverage purchases at Club Masson, and purchases made at on-site restaurants, including Chateau La Cresta, The Winery Deck Cantina, and Adele’s Garden. Excludes suites, catering orders, ticket sales, transportation, parking, gift cards, merchandise, and all other non-concession purchases made at a participating Goldenvoice venue. Statement Credit
If you meet the offer requirements, the statement credit(s) will typically post to your account within 30 days after you make a qualifying purchase, provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase. Please call the number on the back of your Card if credit(s) have not posted to your account 30 days after you made the qualifying purchase.
