• These Offer Terms (including the Offer description above) set out the key terms of our Dropbox Offer. • By enrolling and making a qualifying purchase, you acknowledge that to enable you to redeem the Offer, American Express may share certain transaction data and the first digits of your Account number with the merchant to reconcile and assess the Offer. Eligibility and Enrollment

Eligible Card Members must first add offer to Card and then use same Card for qualifying spend. Only US-issued American Express® Cards are eligible.

Limit of $35 in total statement credits per eligible Card Member account. If the Card Account is canceled or past due, it may not qualify to receive the statement credit(s).

Qualifying Purchases

Offer valid online only at US website dropbox.com. Excludes DocSend, HelloSign, Dropbox Business Enterprise, Dropbox Education, Dropbox business accounts with 15+ licenses, nonprofit & educational institutions discounts, and professional Dropbox consulting services. If you receive a free trial, charges may not post to your account until the trial has lapsed. Charges must post to your account by 6/30/2026 in order to qualify. Eligible subscriptions or memberships will automatically renew unless you cancel, and the merchant will charge the applicable fee to the Card they have on file. Offer valid only on purchases made in US dollars.

Statement Credit
