These Offer Terms (including the Offer description above) set out the key terms of our Disney+ Offer. Please make sure you read these together with our General Offer Terms, which contain important additional terms, including information about when statement credits or points can be reversed or lost.
Statement credits will be awarded for eligible transactions using your Card during the Offer period, as explained above and within these Offer Terms and General Terms. A statement credit should appear on your Card Account statement within 30 days from the date you made an eligible transaction, but in some instances could take longer.
You can report missing cashback or statement credits by contacting us via the Amex App or by calling the number on the back of your Card. American Express will then take the appropriate steps to resolve your request within a reasonable timeframe.
By saving the Offer to your Card, you agree to all our Offer Terms.
Offer only applies to spend made in Great British Pound (GBP) on the Card to which the Offer is saved.
Any recurring subscriptions will not be eligible to receive the statement credit.
Subscriptions purchased via a third-party partner are excluded from this Offer.
Offer excludes purchases of gift cards and vouchers.
Spend must be billed to your Card account by 10/6/2026, to be eligible for this Offer. If the merchant does not charge your Card during this period, e.g. because of a delay in dispatching your goods, you may not be eligible for this Offer.

This Offer only applies to purchases on the Card to which the Offer is saved (including where the Card has been added to a mobile wallet). If we send you a replacement Card following any fraud [or fraudulent activity] on your Card, and if the Offer is still available, you may need to save the Offer again to your replacement Card for you to be enrolled.
Some payments made through certain “payment facilitators” will not be eligible and will not count towards your spend for the purposes of the Offer. A payment facilitator is an intermediary that accepts payments on behalf of the seller of the goods/services. Payment facilitators can include some online payment platforms/marketplaces, and entities that provide certain card acceptance products (such as mobile card readers) to sellers of goods/services.
If the merchant offers an alternative way to make a payment, such as through a third-party payment facilitator which is not eligible under this Offer, this spend will not be eligible for statement credits and will be excluded from the Offer.
Transactions that are subsequently cancelled or refunded will not count towards your spend for the purposes of the Offer.
By enrolling and making a qualifying purchase, you acknowledge that to enable you to redeem the Offer, American Express may share certain transaction data and the first digits of your Account number with the merchant to reconcile and assess the Offer. Eligibility and Enrollment

Enrollment is limited. Eligible Card Members must first add offer to Card by 12/31/25 and then use same Card to redeem by 1/31/2026 for qualifying spend. Only US-issued American Express® Cards are eligible.

Limit of 3 statement credits (total of $32.97 back) per eligible Card Member. If the Card Account is canceled or past due, it may not qualify to receive the statement credit(s).

Qualifying Purchases

Offer valid on any qualifying purchases made online at US websites Disneyplus.com and Hulu.com. “Qualifying purchases” include Disney+, Hulu Bundle monthly subscription purchases of $10.99 or more per calendar month (excluding taxes) made with your enrolled eligible Card on or before 1/31/2026. Eligible subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled and the merchant will charge the applicable subscription fee to the Card they have on file. Your purchase will not qualify if you purchase your subscription through a third party device or digital platform, or as a package deal with cable services or as another package deal. If you upgrade an already existing standalone Disney+ or Hulu subscription to a Disney+, Hulu Bundle monthly subscription in the middle of a subscription month, your first month’s subscription purchase will be pro-rated and may be less than $10.99 and therefore may not qualify for a statement credit. Further, if you change an already existing standalone Disney+, Hulu Bundle annual subscription to a Disney+, Hulu Bundle and your ongoing monthly charge is less than $10.99, you may not qualify for a statement credit. Statement Credit
