- These Offer Terms (including the Offer description above) set out the key terms of our Spend Anywhere Offer. Please make sure you read these together with our General Offer Terms, which contain important additional terms, including information about when statement credits or Avios can be reversed or lost.
- Avios should appear on your Card Account statement within 30 days from the date you made an eligible transaction, but in some instances could take longer. Once awarded, Avios will then transfer to your British Airways Club Account on your usual transfer date.
- You can report missing Avios or statement credits by contacting us via the Amex App or by calling the number on the back of your Card. American Express will then take the appropriate steps to resolve your request within a reasonable timeframe.
- By saving the Offer to your Card, you agree to all our Offer Terms.
- Upon meeting the qualifying spend, 1,500 bonus Avios will be awarded, representing a 25% uplift on the standard 6,000 Avios earned at the normal rate.
- Offer available on online purchases or in-store businesses that accept American Express by 8/4/2026.
- Spend must be billed to your Card Account by 8/4/2026 to be eligible for this Offer. If a merchant does not charge your Card during this period, e.g. because of a delay in dispatching your goods, you may not be eligible for this Offer.
- Offer only applies to spend settled in Great British Pound (GBP) on the Card to which the Offer is saved.
- This Offer only applies to purchases on the Card to which the Offer is saved (including where the Card has been added to a mobile wallet). If we send you a replacement Card following any fraud [or fraudulent activity] on your Card, and if the Offer is still available, you may need to save the Offer again to your replacement Card for you to be enrolled.
- Avios will only be rewarded if the spend threshold is met. Should the amount charged not meet the spend threshold due to a fluctuation in the exchange rate the Avios will not be rewarded.
- Cardmember will be charged a non-Sterling transaction fee of 2.99% for transactions made in a currency other than Great British Pound (GBP).The Fee does not count towards the Offer.
- Transactions that are subsequently cancelled or refunded will not count towards your spend for the purposes of the Offer.
- By enrolling and making a qualifying purchase, you acknowledge that to enable you to redeem the Offer, American Express may share certain transaction data and the first digits of your Account number with the merchant to reconcile and assess the Offer.
