Qualifying Purchases
A qualifying purchase is a purchase of merchandise or concessions made with participating merchants on-site at the US Open. Excludes purchase of US Open Event Cards or USTA memberships, parking vendors, bag drop, ticket sales, merchants that accept only charitable donations, and at premium suites and banquets. Statement Credit

Please call the number on the back of your Card if credit(s) have not posted to your account 30 days after you made the qualifying purchase. Accounts that are canceled at the time of fulfillment of the offer will not receive the credit(s).
