Eligibility and Enrollment

Enrollment is limited. Eligible Card Members must first add offer to their Card and then use same enrolled Card for qualifying purchases. Any Cards issued outside of the US are not eligible. Only Card Members who enroll are eligible; offers are non-transferable.

Limit of $500 in total statement credits per eligible Card Member account.

Each Card Member is entitled to one (1) offer enrollment per Card Member during the offer period, regardless of the number of Cards held by such Card Member. This offer is intended only for the targeted Card Member in connection with their small business.

Qualifying Purchases

Offer valid only on qualifying UPS small parcel shipments paid for online only at US website ups.com/ship or billed to a US UPS account that is paid using your enrolled Card, and which are physically tenderedto UPS (including, but not limited to, a pickup, dropped off at a drop box or a UPS location) and subject to the UPS Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service for the United States. Shipments must be completed by8/16/2026. Offer excludes shipments made from or purchased through The UPS Store® locations, UPS Access Point® locations, UPS My Choice® services, Parcel Pro® service, UPS Air Cargo and retail chains. Offer not valid on UPS Supply Chain Solutions® services, including, without limitation, webinars, logistics, freight forwarding, UPS Mail Innovations® and UPS customs brokerage services. Offer excludes MNX Global Logistics, American Express® Corporate Purchasing Cards and UPS Capital® services.

Purchases must be made in USD, and offer is only valid on purchases made directly with the merchant. Offer not valid on purchases made using third parties, such as resellers, delivery services, or other intermediaries.

Statement Credit

If you meet the offer requirements, the statement credit(s) will typically post to your account within 30 days after you make a qualifying purchase, provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase. In some circumstances, it may take up to 90 days after the offer end date for statement credit(s) to post. Please call the number on the back of your Card if credit(s) have not posted to your account 30 days after you made the qualifying purchase. Accounts that are canceled at the time of fulfillment of the offer will not receive the credit(s). Credit(s) may not be received or may be reversed if an eligible purchase is returned, partially returned, refunded, canceled or modified.
