Eligibility and Enrollment
Enrollment is limited. Eligible Card Members must first add offer to their Card and then use same enrolled Card for qualifying purchase. Additional Card Members and Cards issued outside the U.S. are not eligible for this offer. Only Card Members who enroll are eligible; offers are non-transferable. Limit of 1 statement credit (total of up to $96 back) per eligible Card Member.
Qualifying Purchases
Offer valid only on the purchase of an annual Uber One membership (costing $20 or more) purchased at US website uber.com/us/en/uber-one or through the Uber, Uber Eats or Postmates app. This offer does not apply to monthly memberships or any other Uber, Uber Eats, or Postmates transactions. To receive the full statement credit (up to $96 for the qualifying annual membership purchase made between 4/30/26 and 10/30/26), your Uber Cash balance must be toggled off so that the membership fee is charged directly to your eligible Gold Card. The annual Uber One membership will automatically renew unless you cancel or change to a monthly plan, and the merchant will charge the applicable fee to the Card they have on file. Uber One is subject to the Uber One Membership Terms and Conditions, see the Uber or Uber Eats app or website for further detail. If you receive a free trial, charges may not post to your account until the trial has lapsed. Charges must post to your Card account by 10/30/2026 in order to qualify.

Statement Credit
If you meet the offer requirements, the statement credit(s) will typically post to your account within 30 days after you make a qualifying purchase, provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase. In some circumstances, it may take up to 90 days after the offer end date for statement credit(s) to post. Please call the number on the back of your Card if credit(s) have not posted to your account 30 days after you made the qualifying purchase. Accounts that are canceled at the time of fulfillment of the offer will not receive the credit(s). Credit(s) may not be received or may be reversed if an eligible purchase is returned, partially returned, refunded, canceled or modified.
