Track 15 is downtown Providence's vibrant food hall, where history meets flavor inside the beautifully restored Union Station. Inside Track 15, Kevin O'Donnell, Lauren Schaefer, and Kyle Stamps created Mother Pizzeria. Kevin honed his culinary skills in Italy, France, NYC, and Boston before opening Giusto in Newport, earning a 2024 James Beard nomination. Lauren left NYC's fashion scene to open an Italian wine bar and later met her partners, helping open Giusto. Kyle also later became Executive Chef at Giusto, forming a powerful trifecta. At Mother Pizzeria, they craft naturally fermented sourdough with cherished starter, known as "Mother." They partner with a local stone mill that grinds heirloom varieties of wheat for an edge up on flavor and nutritional benefits. Baked in a Marra Forni oven, their pizzas have the perfect airy, crisp crust.
