Eligibility and Enrollment

Eligible Card Members must first add offer to Card and then use same Card for qualifying spend. Only US-issued Hilton Honors American Express® Business Cards are eligible.

Limit of 45,000 additional Hilton Honors Bonus Points per Card Member. If the Card Account is canceled or past due, it may not qualify to receive additional points.

Qualifying Purchases

A “qualifying purchase” means a purchase made with your enrolled Card on or before 2/10/2026 at any merchant, online or in-store, for goods and services minus returns and other credits. Qualifying purchases must be made during the offer period with your enrolled American Express Card which is in an amount of at least $8,000 USD as posted to your account in accordance with your Cardmember Agreement. Cash advances, balance transfers, and other fees and charges such as interest, annual fees and foreign currency conversion fees are not eligible transactions and do not qualify for this offer. Offer valid only on purchases made in US dollars.

Hilton Honors Bonus Points

Any points received through this offer are in addition to the points normally received for purchases made using your Card.

Additional Hilton Honors Bonus Points should be credited to your program account within 90-days after 2/10/2026, provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase.
