Eligibility and Enrollment

Enrollment is limited. Eligible Card Members must first add offer to Card and then use same Card for qualifying spend. Only US-issued American Express® Cards that are enrolled in the Membership Rewards® program at the time of purchase are eligible.

If the Card Account is canceled or past due, it may not qualify to receive the additional Membership Rewards® points.

Qualifying Purchases

Offer valid for automotive fuel purchases paid for at the pump or through the Fuel Forward™ App at Phillips 66®, 76®, and Conoco® locations in the US. In order to purchase through the Fuel Forward™ App, you must first load your eligible Card to the app. Excludes convenience store purchases, car washes, Phillips 66 Lubricants Division, and all other types of fuel purchases such as aviation fuel. Offer valid only on purchases made in US dollars.

Eligible Card Members will earn 2 additional Membership Rewards® points for each dollar spent on qualifying purchases on their eligible Card. Offer only valid on purchases made directly with the merchant. Offer not valid on purchases made using third parties, such as resellers, delivery services, or other intermediaries.

Membership Rewards® Points

Any Membership Rewards® points received through this offer are in addition to the Membership Rewards® points normally received for purchases charged to your Card.

Additional Membership Rewards® points should be credited to your program account within 90-days after 12/31/2025, provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase.
