The registered Card account must be in good standing. Must first register your Card to the offer and use same Card to make qualifying purchase(s) every three (3) months during the offer period. The offer will start on 01/10/2025 and will reset at the start of each subsequent redemption period until the offer ends on 30/09/2026. Offer is valid on the following redemption periods: from 01/10/2025 to 31/12/2025, from 01/01/2026 to 31/03/2026, from 01/04/2026 to 30/06/2026, and from 01/07/2026 to 30/09/2026 (each a “redemption period”). Date format is DD/MM/YYYY. A purchase made during the offer period prior to registration of your eligible Card in this program is not a qualifying purchase. Your registration of an eligible American Express Card for this offer extends only to qualifying purchases on that Card during the offer period.  
To be eligible for a $50 (CAD) statement credit, one single qualifying purchase or cumulative qualifying purchase(s) that total at least $100 (CAD) after taxes and applicable fees, must be charged to your registered Card in store at participating lululemon locations in Canada or online at shop.lululemon.com/en-ca/ by the last day of each three-month redemption period and subsequently posted to your account. Purchases made during a redemption period but charged to the registered Card after the end of that redemption period may not count towards eligible spend for that period (for example, if a purchase is made during the redemption period but charged by the merchant on the shipping or delivery date and that date occurs after the period ends, or if there is a time difference). If this occurs, that purchase will count towards eligible spend for the next redemption period. Purchases charged to the registered Card by the merchant after the offer period ends will not qualify for the offer (for example, if a purchase is made in the last period the offer is available but charged by the merchant on the shipping or delivery date, and that date occurs after 30/09/2026). 
Offer valid in-store at participating retail locations in Canada and online at shop.lululemon.com/en-ca/. Purchases must be paid in Canadian dollars. Online purchases must be shipped within Canada to be eligible. Not valid on purchases of gift cards. Excludes lululemon Like New, purchases of lululemon Studio, wholesale purchases, outlets and warehouse locations, purchases made through third-party retailers, authorized resellers, and third-party payment, credit, delivery services, and purchases made by phone. Offer is non-transferable. You can earn a maximum of $50 (CAD) in statement credit/s per registered Card per redemption period, up to a total of $200 (CAD) in statement credit/s per registered Card during the offer period. 
Statement credit will be applied to your registered Card account within 90 days after 30/09/2026, provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase(s). American Express may not receive information about your qualifying purchase from the merchant until all items from your qualifying purchase have been provided/shipped by the merchant. Statement credit may be reversed if qualifying purchase(s) is returned/cancelled. If American Express does not receive information that identifies your transaction as qualifying for the offer, you will not receive the statement credit. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the offer, the following transactions are not qualifying purchases for this offer: purchasing a merchant’s goods through a third party, such as through concession stores in department stores, payment account or service of a third party, a card reader attached to a mobile phone, online aggregators that sell goods of other merchants or if the merchant category is otherwise not identified. A statement credit does not constitute a payment and does not satisfy the requirement to pay the minimum due on a credit card. The Basic/Primary Cardmember must continue to make separate payments of at least the minimum due in accordance with the Cardmember agreement and account statement applicable to their registered Card account.
