Since opening in the Hill Country in 1978, this family owned and operated restaurant has set the bar for delicious dining. The steaks are Certified Angus Beef; feast on Sal's ribeye, a juicy and marbled cut, or go for the melt-in-your-mouth tender center-cut filet. There's no doubt that the steaks here are sublime, but there's more on the menu at this beloved eatery.
