Register an Eligible Card then spend a net amount of HK$600 or more in Singapore Dollars (SGD), in one transaction, in-person at Bacha Coffee | 夿萐咖啡 in Singapore by 2025/11/15, to receive HK$120 statement credit, 1 time per registered Card. Limited to the first 20,000 successfully registered Eligible Cards. T&Cs apply.

• Excludes purchases made at Takashimaya Singapore locations.
• A Currency Conversion Fee applies when payment is charged in a currency other than Hong Kong Dollars and this charge does not count toward the Spending Requirement. For more information regarding charges made in foreign currencies, please refer to the relevant Cardmember Agreement.
• The registration period commences on 2025/07/15 and ends on 2025/11/15, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). Participation is limited to the first 20,000 Eligible Cards that are successfully registered.
• Cardmembers must successfully register an Eligible Card during the Promotion Period (“Registered Card”), then spend a net amount of HK$600 or more in SGD, in one transaction (“Spending Requirement”) in-person at Bacha Coffee | 夿萐咖啡 (“Participating Merchant”) locations in Singapore (“Participating Locations”) with the Registered Card during Promotion Period (“Eligible Transaction”) to receive HK$120 back in statement credit (“Registered Card Offer”).
• The Registered Card Offer is open to selected individuals who hold selected Basic and/or Supplementary American Express® Cards issued by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) in Hong Kong and American Express Cards issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Eligible Cards”), excluding (a) The US Dollar Card, (b) American Express® Corporate Cards, (c) American Express Business Travel Account, (d) Corporate Purchasing Card, (e) all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong. Other Cards held by the selected Cardmember may not be Eligible Cards.
• During the Promotion Period, the Registered Card Offer is limited to 1-time credit, [capped at a total of HK$120 statement credit] per Registered Card.
• Excludes transactions where Cardmembers do not spend on their Registered Card directly in-person at the Participating Locations. Offer valid at Singapore locations only. Excludes transactions made online.
• Supplementary Cards must be registered separately and spend cannot be combined amongst Cards to meet the Spending Requirement.
• Excludes transactions made through a third-party establishment (including, but not limited to, third party delivery or take away services) or third-party payment processor.
• Un-posted/cancelled/refunded transactions and transactions that are found to be fraudulent or are eventually cancelled/refunded will be considered as ineligible transactions.
• Credit is not redeemable for cash or other payment form.
• Credit should appear on Cardmember’s billing statement within 15 business days from Eligible Transaction but may take up to 90 days from the end of Promotion Period.
• Credit may not be applied to the Cardmember’s account if the account has been suspended or cancelled and may be reversed if Eligible Transaction is returned or cancelled.
• Participating Merchant is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services that are made available pursuant to the Registered Card Offer and makes no representation or warranty in relation to such products and/or services.
• In case of any enquiry related to this Registered Card Offer, please call the 24-hour enquiry hotline shown at the back of your Card or our customer service hotline at 2277 1010.
• In the event of any dispute arising from this Registered Card Offer, the decision of American Express and Participating Merchants shall be final.
• In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
• American Express reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the offers at any time without prior notice.
