• These Offer Terms (including the offer description above) set out the key terms of our offer available at participating stadiums and arenas in the American Express Venue Collection™. Please make sure you read these together with our General Offer Terms, which contain important additional terms, including information about when statement credits or points can be reversed or lost.
• By enrolling your Card in the Offer, you agree to the Offer, General Offer Terms, and the up-to-date list of participating locations, qualifying concessions, and exclusions.
• Eligible Card Members can get a 10% statement credit, up to £200 per calendar year, when they use their enrolled Card to make eligible concessions purchases at participating venues within the American Express Venue Collection. Offer ends 31 December 2026. 
• Eligible purchases are limited to food and beverage concession purchases made at participating stadiums and arenas in the American Express Venue Collection™ (“Participating Venues”) during the offer period with your enrolled American Express® Card. Certain purchases are excluded and do not qualify. Participating Venues and qualifying purchases are subject to change, and an up-to-date list can be found at go.amex/amex-venue-collection-uk. Please review the list of Participating Venues and non-qualifying purchases before making a purchase or redeeming the offer.
• Your awarded statement credits should appear on your Card Account statement within 30 days from the date you made an eligible purchase, but in some instances could take longer.
• You can report missing statement credits by contacting us via the Amex App or by calling the number on the back of your Card. 
• The 10% statement credit(s), up to £200 in total statement credits per calendar year, is calculated based off the total amount of an eligible purchase made in GBP or following conversion to GBP from a foreign currency, if applicable.   
• Transactions for eligible purchases must be processed before December 31st, 11:59PM Central Time, each calendar year to be eligible for statement credits within that year. Redemption periods reset annually on January 1st of each year.  
• Transactions that are subsequently cancelled or refunded will not count towards your eligible spend.
• If you cancel your Card Product during the Offer period and the Offer is available to you on another Card Product, this may take up to 31 days to appear and you will need to re-enrol.
• Some payments made through certain “payment facilitators” will not be eligible & will not count towards your spend for the purposes of the Offer. A payment facilitator is an intermediary that accepts payments on behalf of the seller of the goods/services. Payment facilitators can include some online payment platforms/marketplaces, and entities that provide certain card acceptance products (such as mobile card readers) to sellers of goods/services.  
• If the merchant offers an alternative way to make a payment, such as through a third-party payment facilitator which is not eligible under this Offer, this purchase will not be eligible and will be excluded from the Offer.
• We will use your personal information such as name, email address, account number and transaction information to manage your participation in the offer and to track your spend. Please see our Cardmember Privacy Statement for details of how we use your personal information.  
• By enrolling and making an eligible purchase, you acknowledge that to enable you to redeem the offer, American Express may share certain transaction data & the first digits of your account number with the merchant to reconcile and assess the offer.
