Register an Eligible Card then spend a cumulative net amount of HK$300 or more in Renminbi (RMB) equivalent per calendar month via Alipay (Mainland China wallet) by 2026/06/30, receive one HK$15 statement credit per calendar month, per registered Card. Limited to first 50,000 successfully registered Eligible Cards. T&Cs apply.

• Prior to payment via Alipay (Mainland China wallet), Cardmembers must load the Registered Card using a compatible device. Excludes payment made via AlipayHK or Alipay+.
• The Registered Card Offer resets on the 1st day of each calendar month during the Promotion Period. Cardmembers must meet the Spending Requirement of HK$300 on the Registered Card prior to the end of a calendar month to be eligible for the HK$15 statement credit within that calendar month.
• Only transactions in Renminbi (RMB) are eligible for the Registered Card Offer. A Currency Conversion Fee applies when payment is charged in a currency other than Hong Kong Dollars and this charge does not count toward the Spending Requirement. For more information regarding charges made in foreign currencies, please refer to the relevant Cardmember Agreement.
• The registration period commences on 2026/01/20 and ends on 2026/06/30, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). Participation is limited to the first 50,000 Eligible Cards that are successfully registered.
• Cardmembers must successfully register an Eligible Card during the Promotion Period (“Registered Card”), then spend a cumulative net amount of HK$300 or more in RMB equivalent per calendar month (“Spending Requirement”) in-person, online or in-app via Alipay (Mainland China wallet) (“Participating Merchants”) with the Registered Card during Promotion Period (“Eligible Transaction”) to receive HK$15 back in statement credit (“Registered Card Offer”).
• The Registered Card Offer is open to individuals who hold selected Basic and/or Supplementary American Express® Cards issued by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) in Hong Kong (“Eligible Cards”), excluding American Express® Corporate Cards and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express. Other Cards held by the Cardmember may not be Eligible Cards.
• During the Promotion Period, the Registered Card Offer is limited to 1-time credits HK$15 credit per calendar month, [capped at a total of HK$90 statement credit] per Registered Card.
• Excludes transactions where Eligible Cardmembers do not spend on their Registered Card directly via Alipay (Mainland China wallet).
• Supplementary Cards must be registered separately and spend cannot be combined amongst Cards to meet the Spending Requirement.
• Un-posted/cancelled/refunded transactions and transactions that are found to be fraudulent or are eventually cancelled/refunded will be considered as ineligible transactions.
• Credit is not redeemable for cash or other payment form.
• Credit should appear on Cardmember’s billing statement within 15 business days from Eligible Transaction but may take up to 90 days from the end of Promotion Period.
• Credit may not be applied to the Cardmember’s account if the account has been suspended or cancelled and may be reversed if Eligible Transaction is returned or cancelled.
• Participating Merchant is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services that are made available pursuant to the Registered Card Offer and makes no representation or warranty in relation to such products and/or services.

• In the event of any dispute arising from this Registered Card Offer, the decision of American Express and Participating Merchants shall be final.
• In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
• American Express reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the offers at any time without prior notice.
