Eligible Card Members must first add offer to Card and then use same Card for qualifying spend. Only US-issued American Express® Cards are eligible.

Limit of $20 in total statement credits per eligible Card Member. If the Card Account is canceled or past due, it may not qualify to receive the statement credit(s).

Qualifying Purchases

Offer valid online only at US website Grubhub.com, grubhub.com/plus, Seamless.com, seamless.com/plus, and through the Grubhub or Seamless mobile app. Excludes gift cards and bulk corporate purchases. If you receive a free trial, charges may not post to your account until the trial has lapsed. Charges must post to your account by 11/26/2025 in order to qualify. Eligible subscriptions or memberships will automatically renew unless you cancel, and the merchant will charge the applicable fee to the Card they have on file. Offer valid only on purchases made in US dollars.

Statement Credit
